Cucumber Onion Salad

Ingredients
1 large cucumber thin sliced1 yellow onion sliced1 tsp of sea salt1 tbsp rice wine vinegar2 tbsp whipping cream1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Put sliced cucumber and onion into a large container and sprinkle with sea salt. Cover and seal, then shake around. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day take contents of container and rinse thoroughly in a strainer. Cucumber and onion piece should be softened.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir gently.
You can add in a dash of garlic powder if desired and you may also use flavored olive oils for variety.
