No Mayo Coleslaw

4 1⁄2 cups green cabbage, shredded1 1⁄2 cups red cabbage, shredded1/2 cup carrots, shreddedDressing2 1⁄2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar6 1⁄2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 1⁄2 tablespoons Dijon mustard2 teaspoons sugar1 teaspoon celery seed1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing in a medium bowl.
In a large bowl, pour the dressing over vegetables and toss.
Chill 30 minutes.
