Easy kid-approved enchiladas

.5 Pkg Tyson grilled diced chicken breast2 c Kraft shredded taco style cheese1 med can Enchilada sauce1 can black beans1 can yellow corn8 whole wheat tortillasPam nonstick cooking spray
Spray bottom of large rectangular glass casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour a thin layer of enchilada sauce over bottom of dish, tilt dish around to coat evenly. Take 1 tortilla, fill with 5-6 pieces of chicken, large spoonful of cheese, black beans and corn. Wrap and lay in dish. Repeat. Pour 1c enchilada sauce over top, then sprinkle remaining cheese. Cover with foil and cook at 375 for 30 mins or until cheese is hot and melty.
