Ceasar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 large egg1 cup good olive oil1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano2 cloves garlic4 TBLS lemon juice1 1/2 tsp Dijon 1/2 tsp salt and pepper1 1/2 tsp Anchovy paste
Directions
Add everything in order to a pint size jar. Insert emersion blender into jar and blend while pulling up on the blender. Keeps for two weeks in the fridge.
