Braised Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients
3/4 cup chicken broth1 T soy sauce6 heads baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
Directions
Bring broth and soy sauce to a broil in a large deep skillet.
Add bok choy to skillet, cut sides down.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 6 minutes or until tender.
