The BEST Chicken Salad with Grapes and Almonds

Ingredients
16 oz grilled chicken breasts1-2 tbsp fresh, grated sweet onion1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 cup hellmans light mayo1/4 cup fage plain, nonfat greek yogurt1/4 cup half and halfsalt and pepper to taste1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted1 cup of your favorite grapes, halved1/4 cup finely sliced celery
Directions
start with your favorite chicken. i love it grilled with lemon pepper. or just use left over roasted chicken. when cool, dice and set aside.

combine onion through salt and pepper.

stir in chicken and remaining ingredients.
