Ingredients
Overnight Oats Basic Recipe1/2c oats (extra thick rolled or steel cut) 1/2c vanilla almond milk1/3c nonfat Greek yogurt1tsp toasted chiaA pinch of salt 4 drops liquid Stevia
Directions
Add all ingredients into a bell jar or small container.
Stir well.
Refrigerate overnight or up to one week.
