Ingredients
Ore Ida Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes 1-1/4 Cup 87g, 9.77 servings (the whole 850g bag)Daisy Lite Sour Cream 2 Tbsn By Patti, 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup by Patti 1/2 Cup, 2.5 servings (the whole 10-1/2 ounch can)Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (small onion)Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shreddedSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, .25 tspGarlic, 2 cloves, chopped.Butter, salted, 0.4 cup, melted (less than 1 stick)
Directions
Prehead oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Transfer to 10 x 13-inch casserole dish (that has been sprayed with cooking spray). Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Or, portion out amounts into 10 ramekin dishes. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until needed. To bake frozen potatoes, thaw ramekins for 1/2 hour to 1 hour on counter. Remove plastic wrap and place in oven at 350 degrees F and bake until lightly browned on top (about 1/2 hour).
