Cailiflower Salad

Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cilantro, raw, 1 cup *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbspMaple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup, 1 tsp
Directions
Chop cauliflower into rice-sized pieces, chop celery, scallions, and cilantro into similar sizes. Mix together in a bowl Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and add salt and paper to taste. Stir sauce into veggies and serve. Will last a few days in the refrigerator.
