Buffalo Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
1 pound brussels sprouts 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon butter 2 ounces feta cheese ( crumbled ) 1/2 cup hot sauce ( Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (or other buffalo sauce) )
Directions
Preheat to 450?. Trim stems from brussel sprouts and cut in half. Toss with 1 Tbl. olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how crispy you prefer your brussel sprouts.

Meanwhile, combine Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is warm.

Remove brussel sprouts from the oven and toss in hot sauce mixture. Top with feta cheese when serving
