Lemon drizzle cake

Ingredients
Juice from 3 lemons, zest from 2100g butter120g sugar2 large eggs150g flour90ml milk
Directions
Mix the lemon juice with 45g sugar, leave to dissolve. Keep aside.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, pour into a cake tin and bake for 1h at GM3.
Pour the lemon mixture over the cake and let it soak for 1/2 an hour.
