Rotel Original tomatoes and chilies no salt added, 1 canSimply Balanced Organic Low Sodium Black Beans 13.4 oz, 1 boxUNCLE BENS READY RICE Whole Grain Brown,1 packageSargento Natural Blends Colby-Pepper Jack, 3 slices
Directions
Empty the tomatoes in a large sauce pan and heat in medium heat. Add the rice and mix well. Cover and heat for 5 minutes. Add the beans. Cover and heat for 5 minutes. Plate hot, top with a slice of cheese, mix and wait until cheese melted. Makes 3 servings
