6 oz Red Wine 1 Tbs Soy Sauce 2 cloves Garlic 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil 16 oz Pork Tenderloin
Combine wine, soy sauce, garlic and oil in a ziploc bag. Place pork into bag and marinate overnight.
Remove from bag and pat dry. Sear all sides quickly in a hot cast iron skillet and bake in a 400° oven for 25 minutes. Let rest before slicing.
