Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bites (Sausage and Gravy)

Ingredients
1 Teaspoon of Salt1 Teaspoon of Pepper1 1/2 Tablespoons of All Purpose Flour1 cup milk (Whole)1 1/2 Tablespoon of bacon crumbles8 oz Mild Pork Sausage 2 1/4 cup Bisquick2/3 cup Buttermilk (lowfat)1/2 Teaspoon butter (salted)
Directions
In a skillet brown sausage and drain but save drippings. in the same skillet with the drippings add 1 1/2 Tablespoon flour and create a rue. Whisk in whole milk and whisk for 2 minutes to thicken. Add back in the sausage and set aside.

In a mixing bowl mix bisquick and buttermilk. On a floured surface, knead dough 10 times and roll out to 1/2 inch thick. using a glass or 1 1/2 inch biscuit cutter.

Spoon 1 Tablespoon gravy mixture into middle of dough and fold and shape into a ball. Dip tops into melted butter and roll into bacon crumbles.

Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
