Crock-Pot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti (from Lauren's Latest blog)

Ingredients
1/2c diced onion1 diced red bell pepper1t cumin1t garlic powder1lb boneless, skinless chicken12oz whole grain thin spaghetti3c grated cheddar cheese1c chicken stock
Directions
Put onion, pepper, spices, chicken, and 1 cup of cheese in crock pot
Cook on high for 4 hours
Shred chicken, and return to crock along with cooked pasta, other 2 cups of cheese, and chicken stock
Cook additional 20-30 minutes
