1/2 banana1 handful blueberries (about 1/4 C)2 T ground flax seed1 C milk (I use whole can use other types or plain yogurt1 t. vanilla extract4 cubes ice1 pkg splenda sweetener
Directions
throw all the ingredients into blender or smoothie maker & mix on highest speed til ice is crushed & thick about 30-60 seconds.
