Curry Greek Yogurt Chicken with Rice Noodles

3 bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked & diced)1 half med yellow onion1 tsp minced garlic1 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen 5 tbsp Curry powder .5 cup Great Value Greek Plain Nonfat yogurt.25 cup Half and Half Cream 1 tsp Paprika 1-2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 8 oz Rice Noodles
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together curry, paprika, half&half, yogurt. Set aside.
2. Start the rice noodles, per package directions.
3. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
4. Add onion and garlic to pan, cook until soft. Add peas and a pinch of salt.
5. Add cooked chicken breast.
6. Slowly stir in yogurt sauce
7. Slowly stir in milk
8. Reduce heat to a simmer until liquid reduces to a creamy sauce
9. Serve over warm rice noodles
