Oriental Beef Stir -Fry

Ingredients

1lb sirloin steak1 red bell pepper10oz can beef broth1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 garlic clove minced1 bag frozen veggies
Combine broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce in a small bowl; mix until corn starch disolves. Set aside.
Cut steak into thin slices. Heat oil in large skillet/wok. Add steak & garlic. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or til browned, Remove with slotted spoon; keep warm.
Add veggies to skillet. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Return steak to skillet.
Add broth mixture to skillet. Cook, stirring continually til done and thick.
Serve over rice.
