10 oz Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 8 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce (salad) 2 Roma Tomatoe -1.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1.5 cup Black Beans 0.5 cup Red Onion Raw 1 cup Shredded Mexican Four Cheese blend 8 tbsp Light Ranch Salad Dressing 8 tbsp BBQ Sauce4 oz Blue Corn Tortilla Chips Unsalted
Directions
1. IN LARGE POT ADD CHICKEN BROTH TO BOIL. ADD CHICKEN BREASTS AND COOK 25 MIN OR UNTIL DONE. REMOVE AND COOL SHRED WITH FORK.
2. SEASON CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER
3. pLACE LETTACE IN BOWL, TOP WITH TOMATO, CORN, BEANS, ONION AND CHEESE.
4. POUR RANCH DRESSING AND BBQ SAUCE ON TOP AND GENTLY TOSS
5 SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS
