0.75 cup lentil,dry, uncooked (by ANTIOCHIA) 500 gram(s) Beef Mince , Lean (by ADREAMA) 150 grams Onions, raw 0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 tsp Colman's Mustard powder (by JUSTME29) 2 tsp Crushed Garlic (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Boil lentil until soft, drain and blend until smooth.
Chop onion and green pepper into small pieces.
Add everything together roll into 18 balls (golf ball size).
Place into muffin pan and bake on high for 25 - 30 min. or until golden brown.
