Tabouleh Salad

Ingredients
1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 0.13 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup Parsley 12 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 cup Bulgur, dry 1 tsp Salt 4 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup Lemon Juice
Directions
Cover bulgur with boiling water. While cooling, chop parsley and onion in food processor and dice tomatoes. Add to bulgur with remaining ingredients. Mix well; chill until serving.
