Couscous, Cucumber and Feta Salad

Ingredients
1 box Near East Toasted Pine Nut Couscous1 cup English cucumber, diced1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
Directions
Prepare couscous according to package directions, using olive oil.

After 5 minutes, remove lid from pan and fluff.

In the meantime, dice/slice your cucumber.

Stir cucumber pieces and feta cheese into slightly cooled couscous.

How simple.
