Healthy Baked Hot Wings

5 wing, bone and skin removed chicken wing 1 tbsp garlic powder 4 tbsp Buffalo Wing - Frank's RedHot Wings Sauce 1 serving Poultry Seasoning 1 serving sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix salt, garlic powder and poultry seasoning (optional: I like a little more flavor) and rub on chicken wings, getting into the folds as well.
Drizzle Buffalo Wing sauce over wings. (Can mix all ingredients and roll wings in mixture to coat completely).
Place wings in a Pyrex dish or on small baking sheet.(Note: wings will dry out more if on a flat baking sheet, while they will be juicier if in a deeper dish.)
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
Serve as an appetizer, snack or alongside vegetables.
