Crock Pot Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Rice

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Brown Rice, long grain 3 cup Chef's Cupboard All Natural Vegetable Stock (by STUBBORNBOOTS) 1 small Onions, raw 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Add all ingredients except broccoli and cheddar to crock pot, cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours. Half hour before done, add chopped broccoli and more liquid if needed. Once broccoli is cooked, add cheese and stir. Serve.
