1.75 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger 1.75 cup gv light red kidney bean (by CONNIEHAWK) 4 serving Brown Rice, fit & active brand (by LADILYNNE) 1 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 serving Beef Bullion (2 cubes) (by JTAUBEL) 2 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
Directions
Add to crock pot and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours to 4 hours.
