1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 3 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Salt .75 tsp Wyler's Sodium Free Chicken Flavor Boullion Powder (by STEPH2003) 0.75 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM) 0.75 cup shoprite brand finely shredded mild cheddar natural cheese (by DIVIAIO) 0.75 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast, no skin, fried
Fry chicken in pan with a little oil. Dice into small pieces.
Combine all other ingredients in pot, stir, bring to boil, turn heat down to medium, simmer 10 minutes, beat with mixer for 4 minutes, let sit 3 minutes, beat with mixer 2 minutes, add chicken, reheat to desired temp.
