Creamy Cucumber Salad

2 medium Cucumbers (peeled) approx. 1 tbsp Vinegar, Red Wine (to taste)1/2 Red Onion Slicesapprox. 2 tbsp Mayonaise (to taste)garlic salt to tastesalt to tastepepper to taste
Slice the peeled cucumbers and onion as thin as possible and place all in a serving dish. A long flat dish is best, as it allows the ingredients to all get down in the marinade. Add the vinegar and mayo and mix well. Add in spices. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in fridge to marinate. The marinade will be thin at first but will get creamy as time goes on. It needs to set in the fridge at least a couple of hours. Add more spices and/or marinade as needed. The flavor will higthen as it sits.
