18 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted 1 large Onions, raw 3 tbsp Maple Syrup 6 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard .25 cup Cider Vinegar .25 tsp Salt .125 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 1tsp Canola Oil
Heat up a frying pan on high heat. Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper. Braise the chops in a little oil in the frying pan, then place into the crock pot. Dice the onion into the frying pan, now on low to medium heat with the rest of the oil, and cook until soft and translucent, then add the cider vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes and then pour over the chops in the crock pot. Slow cook for 6-7 hours. Serve the chops drizzled generously with the sauce.
