Teriyaki pork chops

Ingredients
4 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz. 2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 tbsp Hinode, Mirin (by MERICHAN) .2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix ingredients and let marinate 30 min to overnight. On medium high heat brown the sides of the chops then pour the remaining marinade over the chips and bring to a boil for 5 min. Reduce heat to a simmer and let the marinade reduce to a glaze. Serve once cooked though.
