Crustless Quiche with brocolli bacon and cheese

5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 cup Fat free half and half 1 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese (Great Value) .5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 3 serving Bacon - Oscar Mayer fully cooked - 4 strips
spray pie pan with pam. Cut bacon into chunks, pre cook bacon and drain. Put broccoli and bacon in the pie pan, top with cheese. I sprinkled with a bit of dry basil as well. Beat eggs with half and half and add cottage cheese and add salt and pepper if desired. Pour egg mixture over broccoli, bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
