Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3.5 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Baking Powder Salt (Pinch)
Directions
Separate egg white and yolks. Whip whites and salt till stiff.
Add cc and bp to yolks and mix well. Fold whites into yolk mix being careful to not break to much air. Spoon onto parchment lined sheet and bake @ 300 for 25 min. or until golden.
