Ingredients
1.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 tbsp brown rice protein powder - Jarrow (by SMYLEERED) 8 tbsp Coconut Sugar- Madhava Pure Unrefined (Serving Size 1tbsp) (by EJBEECHUM) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG) 1 cup Trader Joe's Raw Walnut Halves & Pieces (by REBOCT) 2 serving Egg whole - medium per egg 3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients and add eggs, oil, and maple syrup. Place 2" inch balls onto non stick cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake 350 10-12 minutes Makes 32 cookies
