12 date Dates .33 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 5.28 tbsp Tahini 2 tbsp Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave) 2 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.25 serving Rice Chex Cereal (1 cup) 1 cup Oats, Quaker
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine tahini, honey, agave, olive oil, vanilla, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until bubbly. Combine cereal, oats, dates, and pumpkinseed kernels in a medium bowl. Pour tahini mixture over barley mixture; toss well to coat. Press into an 9X13-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray, pressing to spread. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until set. Cool completely in dish.
