40 Clove Garlic Tomato Chicken - slow cooker

Ingredients
5 - 5 oz chicken breast (raw frozen)40 cloves Garlic 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 cup, sliced onions1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
Slice onions and place in bottom of slow cooker.
Lay out chicken breasts and distribute garlic cloves and chopped tomatoes with juice on top.
Season with salt and pepper and other herbs as desired.
Pour chicken broth over.
Cook on low 5-7 hours.

Can serve with rice, noodles, or couscous.
