1 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 0.5 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice .5 serving Olympi NoFatOrganicFrenchVanilla Yogurt2/3c 1 serving Stevia in the Raw
Directions
In microwave safe dish, mix pumpkin, oats, pie spice and stevia sweetener (to taste).
Microwave for 1 min ~ 2 min
Top with your favorite fat free/sugar free vanilla yogurt
Spoon it in and get that pumpkin pie craving satisfied!
