.33 serving Applegate Naturals Chicken & Apple Breakfast Sausage (1 link)1 serving Bread - Fiber One Whole Wheat = 1 Slice .25 cup Milk, nonfat 0.25 cup Peas, frozen .33 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)Optional-Vermont Sugar-free Maple flavored Syrup
In microwaveable mug, pull apart bread.
Pour milk over bread and let sit.
Separately, microwave sausage 40 seconds. Set aside to cool.
Microwave peas 1 minute. Pour into mug.
Cut sausage into bite sized pieces. Put into mug.
Mix ingredients in mug and pour in egg substitute.
Microwave 3 minutes or until set.
If wanted, drizzle with a little syrup
