Ingredients
24 oz Tilapia filet 1 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Dredge tilapia in egg wash then coat with Italian bread crumbs. Pan fry until crispy in a little vegetable oil. Place in a pan covered and bake 30 minutes. Serve with your choice of side.
