Breakfast Salsa Eggs

Ingredients
1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1/4 cup Salsa 2 oz. cup Mushrooms, canned 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Put both eggs and water into a microwave safe container and beat together, add all other ingredients except salsa. Microwave 1 minute, stir and repeat until eggs are done. Top with salsa and enjoy.
