Quick and Easy Turkey Vegetable Soup

1 T olive oil1 c chopped celery1 c chopped onion2-3 garlic cloves, minced1 lb ground turkey breast, 93% lean4 c water1 c sliced carrots1 can french-cut green beans, drained and rinsed1 c frozen whole-kernel corn1.5 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili powder2 bay leaves6 cubes low sodium beef bouillon15 oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed10.5 oz Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained1 can Campbell's condensed tomato soup, rinse can with a little water and add to the pot
In a large stock pot over medium heat add olive oil, celery, onion, garlic and turkey. Cook 5 minutes or until ground turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Add water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Discard bay leaves and serve.
