1 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1 serving Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 2oz 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER) 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 serving (Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by MS_MAYZEE)
1 - Coat skillet with olive oil cooking spray and place over medium high heat. Add potatoes with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
2 - Add onion, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5-8 minutes until veggies are browned and soft. Add sausage and cook for another 5 minutes, until sausage is heated through.
