Vegan Lentil Burgers

190 gram(s) continental lentils 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 90 gram(s) quinoa, uncooked 1 serving Bread Malted Grain Bread Thick Sliced 30 gram(s) rolled oatssalt and pepper to season
Boil lentils, quinoa, carrot, onion and pepper in 3-4 cups water, add more if needed simmer for around 30-45 minutes. Lentils will be soft and most of the water should be gone.
In a bowl mix the cooked ingredients with soy sauce, oats and bread crumbs made from malted slice of bread. Add seasoning
While still warm form the mixture into patties, it will make 8-10 burgers.
Burgers can then be shallow fried for 1-2 minutes on each side or baked at 200C for 15 minutes
