Ingredients
12 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 312 grams Turnip Greens 16 cup, chopped Mustard greens, fresh 64 fl oz Chicken Broth 5 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
In a large stockpot over high heat, start sautéing the bacon.
After 5 minutes, add the onions and sauté until transparent.
Add the greens. Add the chicken broth and then water to cover.
Add the seasonings, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3+ hours.
