Fortified Turkeyburgers

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1/3 cup Bran Buds or other Bran cereal1 fresh egg large1 teaspoon Tobasco Sauce2 tablespoons Ground Flax seed1 cup chopped OnionOther Spices to taste
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Make patties for grill or to bake. Best if not fried but grilled.
