Banana Blueberry Muffins (vegan)

1 cup Flour, white 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh 0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees (fan forced) and grease a muffin tin.
2. Mash bananas (about 2 medium bananas).
3. Add to milk and mix well (or blend bananas and milk together).
4. Mix flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
5. Make a well and add wet ingredients.
6. Fold in blueberries.
7. Spoon 2.5 tablespoons batter into each muffin tin.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Serving Size: makes 7 regular sized muffins
