4 chicken breasts, bone and skin removed 1/2 cup Flour, white 1 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 1 tbsp Margarine, soft 1/4 tsp Pepper, black (or lemon pepper)1/4 tsp. Salt
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Line 9 x 13 pan with tin foil. Put shortening and margarine in it and set it in oven to melt.
Put flour in a paper bag or large baggie.
Shake chicken breasts individually in paper bag.
Please chicken in a single layer in the pan once shortening and margarine are melted.
Bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake for another 30 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 breast is 1 serving
