Easy Apple Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients
2 Cups Sliced & peeled Granny Smith or Golden Delicious Apples1 Cups Blueberries2/3 Cup Brown Sugar1/2 Cup Flour1/2 Cup Quick Rolled Oats1/3 Cup Softened Butter2 Tbsp. Corn starch (Tapioca starch is better and then you would need less, only 1 to 1.5 Tbsp.)3/4 tsp. Cinnamon3/4 tsp. NutmegI also like to add a Tbsp or two of fat free light vanilla frozen yogurt on top, but that's optional.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pan and place apple slices in the bottom. Mix blueberries and cornstarch, put on top of the apples. Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the top. Bake for 30 mins.
