Healthy Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients
4 Slices Whole Wheat Bread1 Cup Skim Non-Fat Milk1 Lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef3/4 Cup Chopped Onion1 Egg, slightly beaten2 Tbs. Chopped Parsley2 Tbs. Butter1 Tsp. Salt1/4 Tsp. Pepper8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce1/4 Tsp. Oregano
Directions
Soak bread in milk and then mash with fork.

Mix bread mixture with ground beef, onion, egg, parsley, smart balance, butter, salt, and pepper.

Shape into loaf and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Top with tomato suace and sprinkle with oregano. Bake 20 minutes more.
