Ingredients
1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 1 tbsp Amazing Grass Green SuperFood 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 4 tsp Ginger Root 1 serving 10 baby carrots raw 4 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tsp Turmeric, ground
Directions
Throw cubed ginger and apple in blender then add other ingredients . Add 8-12 oz water. Drink over an hour or so.
