Ingredients
800 gram(s) Steak - Outside Round (by KELSBO) 1.25 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup 2 cup Bird Eye Steamfresh Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Pea & Water Chestnuts 8 cup beef broth - campbell (by GWILDE) 1 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared .5 cup Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Basil 2 tsp Ginger, ground 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
Directions
cook rice
add broth and seasonings
bring to soft boil; stir in pho beef
add vegetables
let simmer a while, and serve
