Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.25 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium 0.25 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend 2 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning 0.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
Directions
Cook peppers.
Add tomatoes, cook for a few more minutes.
Add beans and cook covered.
Add taco seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
Add eggs and cover.
Add cheese and cilantro for taste.
